Basic principles :

  • Energy centers: There are seven main chakras aligned along the spine, from the base of the spine to the top of the head.
  • Specific functions: Each chakra is associated with specific physical, emotional and spiritual functions.
  • Energy flow: The chakras are responsible for regulating and balancing the flow of energy in the body.
  • Colors and symbols: Each chakra is often represented by a specific color and symbol, corresponding to its unique characteristics.

The seven main chakras :

  1. Root chakra (Muladhara): Located at the base of the spine, associated with survival, security and basic needs.
  2. Sacral chakra (Svadhisthana): Located just below the navel, linked to creativity, sexuality and emotions.
  3. Solar plexus chakra (Manipura): Located at stomach level, associated with willpower, self-esteem and personal power.
  4. Heart chakra (Anahata): Located in the center of the chest, linked to love, compassion and relationships.
